有 DGR 和没有 DGR 有什么不同？
DGR vs Non-DGR

重要：Charity（慈善机构）不等于 DGR。一个机构可以是注册慈善机构，却没有 DGR 资格；ATO 明确指出，并非所有 charities 都是 DGR。

ATO 规定，金钱捐款通常必须至少 A$2，并且必须是真正的 gift，即捐赠者没有因此获得或期待获得实质性的利益或回报。若捐款换取门票、商品或其他实质利益，可能不属于可抵扣的 gift，或需要符合其他规定。

Under ATO rules, a monetary gift generally needs to be at least A$2 and must be a genuine gift: the donor does not receive or expect a material benefit or advantage in return. A payment made in exchange for tickets, goods or another material benefit may not qualify as a deductible gift, or additional rules may apply.

简单例子 / Simple Example

如果一位支持者向一个 DGR 基金捐款 A$1,000，而这是真正的捐赠、没有换取门票、商品或其他实质利益，那么在符合相关规定的情况下，捐赠者通常可以在个人或企业报税时申报相应的 tax deduction。相反，如果同样的 A$1,000 捐给没有 DGR 资格的普通社团，即使该社团是非牟利机构，这笔捐款通常也不能作为 DGR donation 申请税务抵扣。

If a supporter gives A$1,000 to a DGR fund as a genuine gift and receives no ticket, goods or other material benefit, the donor may generally claim the relevant tax deduction where all requirements are met. The same A$1,000 given to an ordinary association without DGR status is generally not deductible as a DGR gift, even if that association is not-for-profit.
